My Journey

I discovered this gift through loss. When I needed something to hold me together, I turned to meditation, where I met Shiva. That encounter changed everything : what began as a desperate attempt to stay afloat became a complete initiation - into my body and into Tantra. Shiva taught me how energy moves, where it gets stuck, and how trauma gets stored permanently in the body.

I understood embodied wisdom by living through it : I know what it is to be disconnected from your own body. To function on survival. To feel the weight of emotions that have nowhere to go. My own Tantra journey taught me that the body is not a problem to be managed rather the place where your freedom lives.

Why This Works

For 5+ years I have watched what happens when people stop managing their emotions and actually start freeing them - through somatic release and returning to the body's own wisdom. They become clearer, lighter, and for the first time, genuinely at home in themselves.

And Tantra goes even further. It teaches you to weave pleasure into the fabric of daily life - and when pleasure guides you, you stop settling for anything that doesn't align with your soul.
